Refund Policy

1. Overview

Formever sells credits that you spend to publish forms. Credits are digital goods, and publishing a form delivers a digital service immediately. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

2. Unused credits

If you have bought credits and not yet spent them, you can request a refund of the unused credits within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the amount paid for those unused credits to your original payment method.

3. Spent credits

Once a credit is spent to publish a form, the digital service has been delivered, so that credit is generally non-refundable. By publishing a form you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and that your statutory 14-day right to cancel no longer applies to that credit.

4. If something goes wrong

If the service does not work as described — for example, a form you paid to publish will not go live due to a fault on our side — contact us and we will put it right or refund you. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us with:

  • The email address on your account.
  • The date and amount of the purchase.
  • Whether the credits are unused, and the reason for your request.
